It will show your 8 essential body composition measurements, including Weight, Body Fat, Water, Heart Rate, BMI, and more. It also displays the battery level, Bluetooth connection indicator, and three units (st/lb/kg).
Guard Your Heart's Health The smart body fat scale can measure and notify you of the correct resting heart rate and heart index average based on your personal physiological and health changes. Additionally, the app displays details of your heart function and compliance levels, which can help you train at the right intensity.
Offline Measure Supports You can measure without your phone after registering and setting your profile on the Fitdays app and pairing the scale via Bluetooth for the first use. It clearly shows 8 body metrics and saves up to 20 latest results, which will auto-sync to the app when linked.
Body Fat Measurement To calculate body fat, the scale requires information including gender, age, and height. You need to register on Fitdays and set the right profile. Connect to the scale via Bluetooth to save your data, and the information won't be shared or used in any way.
Tips for First-Time Users Recommend checking the manual and following key tips: Put the scale on a flat, hard floor (not soft carpet), wait for the scale to auto-calibrate to zero, and step on it to measure. Be barefoot, and do not touch your knees or the skin at the base of your thighs for accurate results.
Measurement Completion Using the ABLEGRID smart digital body fat scale to measure your body fat and other basic data, please be patient until the Heart Rate Indicator stops blinking, and the reading appears. This means the measurement is completed.
Unit Setting A "UNIT" logo is located on the back of the weight scale. Touch the "UNIT" to switch between "lb", "kg", and "st" when the scale is awake. Remember to set the corresponding unit in the Fitdays app (Follow steps: Account > Settings > Switch Units).
