The VeSync app may occasionally display the "disconnected" status, but this is normal. The smart scale will automatically power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indices to conserve energy. During this time, the app will show the scale as "disconnected." To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the app.

There are two ways for multiple users to utilize the same smart scale:

1. Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts: Note that up to 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the smart scale at a time.

2. Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account: Users who create or log into a VeSync account can establish multiple user profiles within that account. All users can then log into the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.

To update the firmware on your smart scale, follow these simple steps:

1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Power on the scale.
3. Open the app and tap the scale image to access the device page. Wait a few seconds for the Bluetooth connection to be established. A blue Bluetooth icon will appear on the scale's display when connected.
4. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the firmware update. Do not let the scale's display turn off during the connection or update process.

The smart scale is compatible with iOS 12.0+ and Android 6.0+. Please note that the iPhone and Apple Watch shown in the image are not included with the product. Additionally, while the smart scale can sync your body weight to MyFitnessPal, it cannot sync all of your biometric data to that app. Consult a healthcare professional before using the smart scale if you are pregnant or using medical electronic equipment, such as a pacemaker.

The VeSync app offers an immersive experience, allowing you to sync your data with a variety of popular health and fitness apps, including Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Samsung Health. Rest assured, VeSync will not share your personal information with any third parties.
